About Us
Company History
- 2018: Agile Reserve Consulting, LLC formed to facilitate serving companies’ needs to supplement their engineering teams and provide technical training development and delivery. Initially intended to be a part-time, exploratory endeavor to test the market, it would prove to be much more.
- 2019: Work began with our first technical training development and delivery client. This relationship spanned two years and firmly established the client’s high voltage safety training program for automotive and industrial work.
- 2020: Commencement of work with our first engineering services client, beginning an ongoing relationship. The initial project was for project launch, management, and design leadership for a prototype traction inverter and DC-DC converters for a series hybrid passenger vehicle concept. However, the relationship would expand to other high voltage hardware design and electric vehicle supervisory software development projects.
- 2021: Partners began to be engaged to assist with large projects requiring a greater level of resources and a variety of specialties. This development launched the tradition that has been a core characteristic of our business: Leveraging a constellation of independent contractors in an agile way to meet client goals.
- 2024: A new facet of our business was developed with our first functional safety client project. This UL 1998/991 certification project for an off-road battery management system, expanded our experience and enthusiasm for this essential field.
